ORRCF informs, educates and addresses the need for change in ACS procedures, family courts and their handling of people in general. ORRCF provides vital information to help guide at-risk parents to resources which can prevent their children from becoming institutionalized. ORRCF assists in reuniting
low-risk
families after the ACS and the Family Court become involved. Special Advocate (CASA) representative, Chairman of the National Action Network's,(NAN's)
Committee on
Administration for Children's Services (ACS) and founder of ORRCF. courts have always been at the forefront of Woody Henderson's struggle for justice. Our children,
