- A Brief Bio in His Own Words
Video Production - BetaCam & Digital Formats - Avid Symphony I live in NY City where I find interesting work and remarkable people. For the past nine years I’ve been the Senior Producer for Tobin Productions. I produce, direct, shoot, and/or edit a wide variety of video productions and DVD’s. I’ve produced a series of Bollywood Music and Film Awards programs; Oscar like productions with extensive South Asian Pop singing and dancing. It gave me the occasion to play with the latest digital production toys, multiple cameras, jibs, dollies, cranes, and SteadiCams, the full panoply of added production value gear. The annual shows are cable cast live via satellite, edited for replay in myriad other venues, and seen by hundreds of millions people worldwide.
Another great opportunity was to create a series of programs to teach financial literacy to Spanish speaking immigrants. Sponsored by The Educational Development Center and Bank of America, the series granted me chance to direct in Spanish.
Currently I'm working on a Lead Paint Poisoning prevention Program for New York City HPD, entitled "Make it Lead Safe" aimed at the parents of young children living in substandard housing. For its introduction, I wrote and produced a Reggaeton Rap sung by Wu Tang Clan Latino making me the oldest and fattest white rap impresario extant.
