Thomas J. Hillgardner has been described as an “unemployed political consultant,” “gadfly,” and “self-appointed community activist” while actually he is a New York litigation attorney practicing in the areas of New York Landlord/Tenant Law, Family Law, Election Law, New Media Law, First Amendment, Police Misconduct, and Intellectual Property.
