Charles Heck Mr. Heck was North American Director of the Trilateral Commission from 1982 until 2001, and now serves as Senior Advisor. He joined the Trilateral staff in 1974 as Assistant to the Commission's first Director Zbigniew Brzezinski. Previous to his work with the Commission he worked at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and was a Teaching Fellow at Yale.
